This was my first are you ready experience I had once I joined Rotaract Club of University of Moratuwa.(http://rotaractmora.org/) Rotaract Club works under 4 avenues, they are Club Service, Professional development, Community Service & International Understanding.The event "Are You Ready " is the university's Official Careers fair. While I am writing this I am about to face Are You Ready 2012 starting from 13th August 2012. This years D&G is going to be held on 26th August 2012.
The intension of this workshop is to give the university students a basic understanding of how he/she should groom before going to the industry.
